Systemic work — clarity on each other’s background, position, and patterns
IFS/IFIO for couples — safe conversations where inner parts are heard
Equine coaching (with Friesian horses) — revealing what’s happening between you without words
Body-based work & reflection — recognizing where you shut down, adapt or freeze
No workbook exercises. No judgments. No quick fixes.
Instead: real encounters, beneath the surface.
Between sessions, you’ll receive reflective assignments and optional audio guidance to deepen your connection.
